Accessibility statement

The Skin Clinic (Skin Cancer Center, PLLC) wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we review the site as pages and features are added.

What we do

  • Readable text with strong color contrast
  • Pages that work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “skip to content” link
  • Headings, labels and landmarks that work with screen readers
  • Text descriptions for meaningful images
  • Motion that is reduced when your device asks for less motion
  • Layouts that work on phones, tablets and computers, and when text is enlarged

Third-party tools

Some features come from outside providers, such as secure messaging (Klara), the patient portal, online bill pay and maps. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we do not control their content. If one of them is hard to use, please let us know and we will help another way.

Need help or have feedback?

If anything on this site is hard to use, or you would like information in another format, please call your nearest location or send us a message. Tell us the page and the problem, and we will help you get the information you need and work to fix the issue.
